Reference to the above subject, and after getting Menzies’ shareholder approval in favor of the offer in June 2022, Agility would like to confirm that the conditions relating to foreign direct investment and antitrust approvals have now been satisfied or waived.
This is another important step in the transaction, although the closing of the deal still remains subject to certain other conditions, including the approval of the Court of Session in Edinburgh, Scotland. The deal is expected to complete on 4 August 2022.
