| Material Information | Agility Global PLC, an associate of Agility Public Warehousing company, has announced its financial results for the year ended on 31st December 2025 on Abu Dhabi Stock Exchange (ADX) as per the attached disclosure. |
| Impact of the material information on the financial position of the company | Results of Agility Global will be reflected in Makhazen’s financials as per the applied IFRS standards. In addition, in the first half of this year Makhazen will receive approximately AED 73 million (around KD 6 million) in cash dividends based on its 25% ownership stake in Agility Global PLC after the approval of the general assembly of Agility Global. A similar amount will be paid later during the second half of the year as interim dividends subject to the board approval. |
