| Development on previous disclosure | Further to the Company’s previous disclosure dated 10 May 2026, and pursuant to the order issued by the General Department of Execution regarding the enforcement of Judgment No. 19 of 2023 (Commercial Civil Government/9), the Company has been vacated from the Mina Abdullah site subject to Contract No. (208) on 9 June 2026. However, the Public Authority for Industry, in coordination with the General Department of Execution, has not handed over to the Company its equipment, assets, and other property located at the site. The Company reserves all its legal rights and will continue to defend its rights and the rights of its shareholders. |
| Impact of the material information on the financial position of the company | This will have an impact on the group’s Revenues. Note, the generated revenue from this location is KD 17 million annually over an area of 1.6 million sqm. |
