Since 2006, Makhazen (the new name for Agility KSCP) has supported LOYAC’s employment and entrepreneurial skills development program, aimed at high-school and university-aged students. LOYAC teaches students how to put together ideas for new products and services, and then simulate going from idea to a viable business or entrepreneurship. Students learn about different business requirements and functions, such as capital management, finance, product development, communications, marketing and sales.
Most recently Makhazen has supported the LOYAC KON and KONTINUE programs, that specialize on entrepreneurial skills development. The curriculum for these programs is developed by Babson College in the United States. The KON program focuses on middle and high-school aged kids, whereas the KONTINUE program focuses on university aged young adults. The LOYAC programs also include opportunities for community volunteers who guide and mentor students during the training.
Since 2006, our contributions and support of LOYAC have directly benefitted about 650 students in Kuwait.

Since 2018, Agility has supported public schools in the Kuknor and Mothe villages in India. These schools provide provide children from low-income families with access to improved elementary education. The program began as a way to ensure more families could send children to public school instead of spending significant resources on private schools. Agility has supported these schools by refurbishing classrooms, providing technology equipment, building sanitary facilities for girls, providing sports and athletic equipment, and funding salaries for teachers and school staff. This program is led by Agility E-Services (AES) in Hyderabad. Together, AES and school administrators track progress and impact of the program over time. When the program began in 2018, only 155 students were enrolled in the Kuknor school. Today the number is more than double, due to improvements in the school that have resulted from this partnership.
From 2018 through 2024, we assisted over 3,340 children with this partnership.

Since 2021, Agility has supported International Rescue Committee (IRC) employment training programs in Cote D’Ivoire. In coordination with Ivorian NGO PRO-Jeunes, IRC provided skills development and training to 731 young people.
In one program, Agility provides classroom space at its Abijan Logistics Park, as well as computers, internet access and funding for free training. The on-site training includes life skills, ICT, entrepreneurial skills and digital marketing. The training program has multiple groups of approximately 20 students each taking classes at the Agility Training Center.
A second program provides agriculture and agribusiness training at a local community farm and includes instruction in traditional farming and fish farming, including how to prepare, build, maintain and manage productive farming operations.
The partnership between PRO-Jeunes, IRC and Agility has proved to be exceptionally effective. Due to its success, in 2023 the Ivorian government also contributed funding and helped to manage these local programs using government facilities, land and resources. IRC and Agility will continue supporting the ICT, life skills and entrepreneurial skills development program, as well as work with the agricultural skills development program in other areas.
