Agility would like to comment on what was in the news about “Dubai logistics firm Tristar – Agility’s subsidiary – seeks Dubai listing”, and with reference to our previous disclosure dated January 21st 2019, Agility as part of its ongoing efforts to maximize shareholders’ value and improve liquidity considers different options and opportunities and Listing is one of them. There is nothing material at the moment and when things develop we will disclose accordingly.
