Disclosure of Material Information Related to a Subsidiary

Agility would like to announce, that one of its subsidiaries, Metal and Recycling Company (MRC), has received a notification from Kuwait Municipality (Jahra) to evacuate the company from its location in South Amghara. The Company stated that it will take all the necessary legal actions in this regard.

Financial Impact: There is no material impact at the moment.
