| Development on previous disclosure | Reference to our previous disclosure, an order has been issued by the Head of the General Department of Enforcement to execute Judgment No. 19 of 2023 (Commercial/Civil/Full Government/9), issued in the counterclaim, which requires: “Vacating the site subject to Contract No. (208), free of persons and encumbrances,” within the deadline specified in the order letter, being one month from 5 May 2026. Such encumbrances comprise all company-owned assets installed at the site, including structures, installations, equipment, machinery, devices, and other related property. Accordingly, the company will send a letter to the Public Authority for Industry requesting an urgent meeting to coordinate the implementation of the judgment and to discuss any proposals or potential solutions that may be put forward by the Public Authority for Industry in this regard. Please note that these assets carry financial value, which will be assessed, and the Capital Markets Authority will be notified of their value upon execution of the judgment. |
