Reference to the above subject, and after finalizing all the regulatory requirements Agility would like to announce that it has completed the acquisition of the UK-based John Menzies, and will combine the business with its National Aviation Services (NAS) business.
The total acquisition value was approximately £763 Million (around KD 285 million) in enterprise value.
The combined entity will be consolidated with Agility’s financials as of the deal closing date.
